Summary: Add option so stop-processing if 'lost' data files (was: 'Lost'

So, hbase-766 was not about 'lost' files in the end.
Edit this issue's subject so its about adding an option where we stop
processing if data file goes missing rather than just log it and press on as we
currently do.
