There was only two changes between hadoop-0.17 and hadoop-0.18 that I could
find:
- hadoop source tree was re-arranged, but package names remained the same.
- there was a minor change in RPC$Invoker.invoke related to the collection of
timing data for RPC calls. This should have no effect on the compatibility
between HBaseRPC and Hadoop's RPC.
