Oh, this issue was about adding a count of stores to metrics. There is already
a count of storefiles and of memory help up in store memcaches, but I was
thinking that a count of stores themselves would also be useful? I was
thinking of the streamy case where there are a couple of tables each with
different counts of stores. Dependent on the regions an HRS gets loaded with,
it can have a various number of Stores.
