There is no facility for tracking clients and their use of HRS, tables, etc.
other entities of interest over time. Would be useful to track down heavy
users, periodic spikes, and the like. Could be implemented as per-user (need
concept and definition of user/session) metrics collected by HRS and
periodically entered into a history table.
