Evegeny, I'm not sure where you are going with that, but we should follow the
advice here:
http://hadoop.apache.org/zookeeper/docs/r3.0.1/recipes.html#sc_leaderElection
Which indicates how to (a) elect a master and (b) indicates how to indicate
which is the current master.
This implies that Hbase clients must consult ZK to know who the current master
is... that way clients would no longer be configured with a specific IP/port,
they would take a ZK path to know what master they are on.
