Messed up my description. It gives:
/home/jdcryans/svn/hbase/branch-0.19-commit/src/java/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/io/HbaseObjectWritable.java:65:
warning - Tag @link: reference not found: ObjectWritable
Setting the whole package fixes the issue.
