Trunk currently has mapred part way ported to the new API in both a not
backwards compatible and a not functional way, so I just finished the work
along those lines so I could run jobs, and put up a patch.
We can do this in a backwards compatible way. I'll fix up the old package, and
make a new one.

NewTableSplit, NewTableReduce, and NewTableOutputFormat be acceptable as new MR
class names?
