Release Note: Moved transactional hbase and tableindexed hbase to
src/contrib/transactional
Hadoop Flags: [Incompatible change, Reviewed]
Moved THBASE and TIHBASE all to src/contrib/transactional. Added licenses
where missing and changed dates on licenses to 2009.
No build yet for this src/contrib/transactional. Will add build as part of
HBASE-1588.
