Attachment: 1215-part1.patch
Removes src/testdata. Adds src/data with a new zip file of a small hbase
dataset with two small tables.
Adds to MigrationTest reading the data file off the CLASSPATH. Readds running
of migration.
Upped the file system version to 7 from 6. Version 7 is what 0.20.0 will be.
Started in on Migrate. Mostly adding TODOs.
Starting in on facility in FSUtils to do stuff like figure if hbase has been
major compacted.
