Restart doesn't work for me either. RS log entries are misleading. They imply
that the RS will restart but it does not. I imagine that will come up again and
again on hbase-us...@. I think we need a new RC which includes the patch for
this issue with abort as default behavior until this is sorted for 0.20.1.
