Fix Version/s: (was: 0.20.1)
Moving this to 0.21. Stack has a bicycle only, Ryan has a car but he usually
does the F train, and JGray likely won't have a car by time 0.20.1 rolls out so
won't be issue till 0.21 timeframe.
