zktop - monitor a ZooKeeper cluster in real time via curses

FYI, this came up in an hbase-user thread and I wanted to make other 
hbase users aware of it.

You can find a list of "useful ZooKeeper tools", including zktop here:

A couple of these are ops oriented (zktop, zookeeper_dashboard, 
zk-smoketest) and you might find them useful for monitoring your 
cluster, or to get ideas for integration of ZK into your existing 
monitoring infrastructure.
