Depends on apache snapshots for hadoop-core / hdfs-core / mapreduce-core
projects.
During development - if we want stability - we can maintain another ivy
resolver with specific snapshots that we are interested. But for production and
releases - this should suffice.

Thrift
Zookeeper do not seem to publish their (maven/ivy) artifacts publicly yet.
Until that happens - those binaries are maintained separately in version
control and after the public repositories are available , they will move away
in favor of ivy.xml (yes - it is ugly now !)
