@kay kay mapreduce-1352 looks likes its committed and resolved but 0.21 build
of mapreduce up on hudson looks badly broke. On TestInfoServers, this could be
an ordering of jars issue. HBase tries to make use of the hadoop webapps.
Have to be careful about which jar comes first (hadoop before hbase IIRC).
