* Removed a few more unnecessary declarations, fixed a few more plugin versions
* Added the most recent jOpt version to the dependency management (this was
discussed as a replacement for commons-cli)
* Include MDC Replication in the final tar build
* As per Paul's suggestion I changed the fork mode from surefire to "always"
and upped the memory to 512mb
