Andrew: Is zk 3.3.0 not in a maven repo now? It was supposed to be published
there as part of release. If not available, lets go terrorize phunt and
mahadev. Also, see HBASE-2380. There are some considerations there you should
include in this patch? Why you thinking of not doing this on branch? Real
installs will be pissed off about required upgrade of zk? (Though unsupported,
seems like zk 3.2.2 can talk to a 3.3.0).
