I've put up the first release candidate for hbase 0.1.3 here:
http://people.apache.org/~stack/hbase-0.1.3-candidate-1/(Candidates used to be zero-based. Lets make them 1-based from here on out. Its less confusing.)
0.1.3 fixes a couple of critical bugs. Please try it out --- run it, review documentation, etc. -- and let us know if any issues with this new version.
Lets close the voting on release, Thursday, June 12th. To be clear, hbase 0.1.x versions require hadoop 0.16.x. Thanks, St.Ack
