Open an issue in apache JIRA.  Here's a link:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/CreateIssue!default.jspa.  Be sure to
select 'hadoop hbase' as the project.  You may have to make yourself an
account if you want to submit a patch.  Let us know if you can't figure it.
