Hcatalog client doesn't read the hcat-site.xml config file

Even when the hcat-site.xml file is placed in the classpath the HCatalog client
doesn't read it. For now the shell script works around this by reading the
values it needs directly from hcat-client.xml and setting them in environment
variables.
