You should add a link to src/docs/src/documentation/context/xdocs/site.xml that
connects the docs to these API docs. See Pig's site.xml for an example.
The title of the overview is $Name $version. $name should be HCatalog.
$version should be connected to the hcatalog.version variable in build.xml.
Much of the text on the overview page is centered rather than left justified.
