Attachment: HCAT-10.patch
HCAT-10.patch isolates the dependency on Hadoop security to a separate class
(Security) so that if the security package is not present at runtime the
authentication step is skipped altogether. Hcat still requires hadoop security
to build but this allows using it on Hadoop 20.
