Attach an initial HCat end-to-end test implementation. It includes:
* hcat server installation script
* test data generator
* test driver and initial tests for HCat, Pig, Hadoop, Hive
There are several known test failures/aborts:
* Tests failed due to HCATALOG-167, HCATALOG-168
* Rounding issue when benchmarking with RC file. Need a relaxed diff check for
float data.
Some continuation work:
* Add tests to read/write Json/Text file in Hive
* Test in secure HCat installation
* Generating SQL benchmark for complex data type
