HCatalog RPM should not include bin/hive

The HCatalog RPM currently includes bin/hive and attempts to install it in
/usr/bin/hive.
This causes problems for people who have already installed Hive from an RPM.
If HCat needs bin/hive for execution, then I think it should either rename the
version
of bin/hive that HCat depends on, or create an explicit dependency on a Hive
RPM.
