Looks like there's a disparity between TableInputFormat and TableOutputFormat,
the latter loads the hbase configuration and the former does not. Expecting
users to use "--config hbase-site.xml" would be exposing too much. Having said
that let's be thorough and put "addHBaseResources" in both input and output
storagedriver. I'm gonna attach a patch, try it out. I'll put it in a separate
jira if it's ok.
