Summary
-------
Json SerDe that uses Jackson - built as a replacement for the JsonLoader we
used to use. To be used alongside TextInputFormat to be able to load and store
json documents.
Still has debug statements that are commented out, will be removed.
This addresses bug HCATALOG-249.
