Looking into this I discovered the reference to {{junit.version}} is stale -
its not used in {{ivy.xml}}. This patch removes the unused property to reduce
confusion for others.
Updating tests to junit 4 style tests could be filed as a separate issue. For
example, the {{guardTestCount}} shenanigans in {{TestHCatLoader}} could be
avoided after updating.
