hadoop 1.0.2 branch has the fix for
MAPREDUCE-3583(http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/hadoop/common/branches/branch-1.0.2/src/core/org/apache/hadoop/util/ProcfsBasedProcessTree.java)
and is now available in maven. The attached patch changes hcat's hadoop
dependency version from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2.
This issue is not related to HIVE-2646 anymore after we removed
hive/external. So removing the link.
