Closing this bug as won't fix - this was a patch uploaded to put up code for
growl, a tool we developed to import data on to hcat around the 0.1 timeframe,
and our code has significantly evolved since then. Also, there are other ways
of importing data, such as sqoop or higher level tools like talend,etc to move
data around.
