As far as I understand HCat_Negative_* test cases are to verify that hcat cli
doesn't let users run unsupported operations. I suppose hcat cli is deprecated
and hive cli is the preferred way to perform operations in hcatalog (correct me
if I am wrong).
Given this can these tests be removed?
