I would be fine with this.  Unless anyone responds to the contrary,
I'll set up the wiki on deleuze.  This will, of course, involve an
exception to our static-only rule, but I should be able to move all
the necessary config for Moin into a separate "site" under
/etc/apache2/sites-available.  Or so it is hoped.
