Apache: I went with apache2-mpm-prefork, since that's what we have on
fyodor. I note, however, that apache2-mpm-worker is supposed to be
faster, and is recommended for large installations. Should we go with
it, instead -- are there any incompatibilities with domtool2?

djbdns: According to SoftwareArchitecture, we decided on this, so I
installed the installer. To complete the installation, run
build-daemontools and build-djbdns. I'll let Justin work on this,
since build-daemontools asked me whether to use FHS or "djb's special
mix" standards, and I don't know which method is best.

For some reason, a large number of seemingly critical AFS-related
programs were scheduled for removal, according to aptitude. I kept
them on, for safety's sake.
