I've completed migrating the settings in /etc/apache2 from fyodor to
deleuze. The log for this is attached. Admins, if you've made a
custom change to /etc/apache2, please check over the log (and the
files themselves) to make sure I didn't accidentally revert your
changes (especially apache2/mods-available/proxy.conf).

I'll try restarting the daemon once I'm sure I haven't stepped on
anyone's toes, or Sat at the latest.

* apache2/apache2.conf (worker.c module): Start 5 servers, much like our
old setup. Only allow one thread per child, as in our old setup.
Presumably we had some valid reason for doing that.
(HeaderName): Use HEADER.shtml rather than HEADER.html, as per old
  config.
  (VirtualHost stuff): Move to apache2/conf.d/home.conf.

* apache2/mods-available/proxy.conf: Migrate old settings here. Let me
know if I stepped on anyone's toes, as I'm not entirely sure which
settings were best between old and new config.

* apache2/mods-available/userdir.conf: Set AllowOverride to none in
users' public_html, as per old config.

* apache2/ports.conf: Listen to 443, since we have enabled the ssl
  module.

* apache2/conf.d/#apache2-doc: Renamed by putting "#" in front of name,
since this is supposed to disable loading the file.

* apache2/conf.d/home.conf: Copied from old config, but changed
DocumentRoot to what we have in the new setup. Might need to change it
back later, once we get everything set up. Disable ExecCGI stanza for
~user/public_html/cgi-bin/, since we don't run scripts on this server.
  Disable SuexecUserGroup line as well.

* apache2/passwds: Copied over from fyodor.
