We really should figure out which people are in primary charge of BIND,
Mailman, and Webalizer. It seems none of the three new admins are
enthusiastic about being primary admin for any of these. Well, guess
what! I've been the primary admin for almost all of the daemons for 5
years now on the current HCoop servers of the times, and I've always
hated it! :P We're past the point where familiarity with the daemons
and/or projected enjoyment of the associated tasks should be a key factor.

I suggest we take a look at
    http://wiki.hcoop.net/wiki/TaskDistribution
and try to come up with an idea of which assignment of the remaining
items would lead to the most even distribution of responsibilities.

I think we should measure responsibilities by what we expect to occur in
our steady state, after migration is done. Taking into account
pre-migration set-up work might lead to a different ordering, but that
work should be over relatively soon.

If we can't figure this out by tomorrow night, I'm going to flip a coin
and assign people or similar. :P
