I doubt that "migration" is going to be 100% complete anytime in the near future. More likely it's going to reach 90% completion pretty soon and then asymptotically approach "complete" =) I think that approaching this as some sort of sudden cut-over event like 01-01-1983 might be slowing us down. More to the point: is there any reason why we should not immediately create deleuze/mire kerberos+afs principals en masse for every user who has an account on fyodor? The earlier we let them start playing with their new accounts, the sooner they'll voluntarily terminate their old ones. This will effectively "parallelize" the migration.
