Hello, Thomas. You're actually one of the first users to post to the list so
far, so there isn't much in the archives yet.

The generic archives are available here, but do not have a search interface:
http://lists.humanconnectome.org/pipermail/hcp-users/

However, I'm in the process of setting up a searchable interface and it will be
available shortly. I'll reply to the list with another message about that and
then get our web developer to add links to it.

I'm also seeing about making sure the appropriate people here at Wash U are on
the list and can answer your other questions.

Thanks,
~Matt

Subject: [HCP-Users] movement regressors

Hi,

Sorry if this has already been asked, but I am playing with the Oct data
release and am wondering what are the difference between
Movement_Regressors.txt and Movement_Regressors_dt.txt? Should I assume the
"dt" file corresponds to frame by frame motion parameters?

What are the 12 columns in the Movement_Regressors.txt and
Movement_Regressors_dt.txt correspond to? I am assuming 6 of the columns are 3
rotations and 3 displacements. What are the remaining 6 columns?

Also is the motion corrected to the first frame? If so, why is the first row of
the *Regressors.txt not equal to zero?

p.s. I would usually search the mail archive first before asking a question.
How might I go about searching the mail archive?

Thanks,
Thomas
