Hi Matt & Guillaume,

sorry for the confusion. Matt, you were right, I didn't have the most up to 
date version of gifti (I only checked the build stamp in the gifti.m). It works 
with v 1.2.

I have another question for Matt: what's the difference between thickness and 
corrThickness maps (I did not find anything in the documentation and all the 
corrections that are documented happen quite early, so there would not be 2 
thickness versions)
