Hi Dan,

You are right, our protocol does include collecting physiological data, but
it is not released yet. We are currently working on getting the
physiological data for our Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 (Q1 and Q2) HCP
participants into ConnectomeDB and we intend to release it in our upcoming
Q2 release in mid to late May, barring any problems with the transfer
scripts.

Best,

Subject: [HCP-Users] pulse and respiration traces for Q1 release?

Hello,

I'm starting to explore the open access HCP data. The protocol includes the
collection of cardiac and respiratory traces, but I don't see the location
of these data mentioned in the documentation and I can't find them in the
data directories. Am I overlooking them or will they be released at a later
time?

Thanks

Dan Handwerker
