Hello, I'm trying to convert fMRI time-series cifti file to nifti using the workbench command. I have obtained a 4D nifti file, but I do not understand its dimensions: dim1 32767 dim2 3 dim3 1 dim4 1200 The first correspond to grayordinates and the fourth to time points, but what about the second? Also, how can I find coordinates of grayordinates? Thank in advance for your help! Arnaud
