Attention all users of Human Connectome Project (HCP) data: Details of several minor bugs and data fixes for HCP data released to date can be found on our wiki:
https://wiki.humanconnectome.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=29589520 Users of Q1 and Q2 data: A patch is available to fix a number of minor bugs discovered in HCP data released in Quarters 1 and 2 (March and June 2013 releases). Running the patch will place the fixed files into the correct HCP directory structure (details in the <http://humanconnectome.org/documentation/Q2/Q2_Release_Reference_Manual.pdf > HCP Q2 Data Release Reference Manual and the associated directory structure <http://humanconnectome.org/documentation/data-release/Q2_Release_Appendix_I II.pdf> Appendix III). We highly recommend that all who have downloaded or ordered HCP data via Connectome in a Box, run the patch to update their data. This will save you valuable time in your data analysis. Patch Requirements: Python 2.6+ (including 3) Directions: 1. Unzip hcpQ3patches.zip and move the contents to the root of your packages directory (at the same level as the six digit subject folders). 2.
