I would like to process some HCP diffusion datasets and for my purposes I would need some specific details about the acquisition protocol. In particular, I would need the values for small and big delta as well as the gradient strength used for each diffusion image. I wish to simulate with the Camino toolkit some synthetic signal matching the HCP diffusion data and I need to specify the "scheme file" corresponding to the HCP protocol (http://cmic.cs.ucl.ac.uk/camino//index.php?n=Docs.SchemeFiles#toc3). I can find the gradient direction for each image (bvecs file), the maximum gradient strength (about 94 mT/m) and the echo time, but I cannot find the values for small/big delta and the specific strength used for each b-value.
