Hi, Does anyone know where can I find the scripts & modified tools which are used to pre-process the fMRI data? I.e., the script that does the preprocessing to go from e.g. "HCP Q3 Resting State fMRI 1 Unprocessed" to "HCP Q3 Resting State fMRI 1 Preprocessed" for a single subject.
