Dear HCP, I recently started working on the dMRI data sets of the Q2 release. Simple principal visualizations of the b-vecs seems to indicate that the data is already funk-radon (or something similar) transformed - is this correct? Put in another way: visualization on the raw data gives me the correct diffusion directions in e.g. the Corpus Callosum, which was rather unexpected.
