Use it with FSL's applywarp and the appropriate input (standard) and reference (subject) volumes.

I have masks for tractography based on fMRI activation maps in MNI space. Is somewhere (e.g. in structural dataset) transform matrix which will transform the mask into subject space or I have to make FNIRT registration betwwen subject normal space scan and subject MNI space scan? In xfms is file: standard2acpc_dc.nii.gz Can I use it or it works only for highres scans? I need it to in resolution 91x109x91 voxels.
