If you sign into ConnectomeDB <https://db.humanconnectome.org/> , you will see that we have released the 86 dMRI datasets collected in Q3 as of Nov 26, 2013 (click on "Important Note on Diffusion Data" for more info). These Q3 dMRI packages have a bug that can be fixed with a few FSL commands, see HCP Data Release Updates: Known Bugs/Missing files and Planned fixes <https://wiki.humanconnectome.org/pages/editpage.action?pageId=29589520> The remaining Q1 and Q2 dMRI datasets (and the bug fixed Q3 datasets) will be available very soon, within the next week. A HCP-Users message will go out when these dMRI datasets are live in ConnectomeDB.
