Connectome Workbench v0.85 beta Released 


 

A new version of Connectome Workbench (WB) visualization and analysis
software is now available at
http://humanconnectome.org/connectome/get-connectome-workbench.html

 

New features in WB v0.85 beta include:

 

.         CIFTI-2 <http://www.nitrc.org/projects/cifti/>  compatibility,
including the wb_command  -cifti-convert
<http://dev.humanconnectome.org/software/workbench-command.php?function=-cif
ti-convert>  -version-convert to convert between CIFTI-1 and CIFTI-2

.         Source code now available on GitHub (GPL v2 license)

.         New capabilities for displaying charts for data series, matrix,
and time series files 

.         Scene file dialog contains new features, including thumbnail
images of scenes for easier navigation 

.         Border creation/editing improvements, including an undo function

.         Improvements to surface, volume, and features (borders, foci,
etc.) clipping

 

The current WB Tutorial

al_UserGuide_beta_v0.83.pdf> & User Guide (released for v0.83 in August
2013) is compatible with WB 0.85 beta and available on the same site for
download. HCP tutorial data is available for download on the ConnectomeDB
<https://db.humanconnectome.org/>  splash page (requires ConnectomeDB
login).    

 

To download the WB v0.85 beta source code from GitHub
<https://github.com/Washington-University/workbench> : follow the link,
click releases (near the top of the page), then under Beta 0.85, click the
"Source code (zip)" or "Source code (tar.gz)" button .

performing analysis on imaging data from the HCP and elsewhere. Discussion
of Connectome Workbench usage, bugs, and features can be posted to the
