Yes, we use the 2004 version of NEOFFI (5-factor) that is included in the UPenn
Gur battery, due to the Gur battery’s wide use in other studies.

Best,

Dear Jenn,
This suggest it is not the updated NEOFFI-3, but the old version. Could you
confirm this? Thanks in advance.

Best,
Chris

Hi Chris,

The HCP administers the 60 item version of the Costa and McRae
Neuroticism/Extroversion/Openness Five Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI), which has
shown excellent reliability and validity (McCrae and Costa 2004 <> ). This
measure was available as part of the Penn Computerized Cognitive Battery (Gur

Hi,

Is the NEOFFI version of the personality questionnaire acquired with the HCP
data the one updated in 2010 also known as NEOFFI-3? Thanks in advance for the
answer.

Best regards,

Chris Gorgolewski
