Hi, I'm thinking of seeing DTI datas in "matrix," and I've installed "FSL" and "SPM8." (and of course I've downloaded "HCP Q3 Diffusion Preprocessed")
Then I've come to the following questions: 1.What is the best way to do this(FSL? SPM? or something?)? 2.Does "Connectome workbench" help something for me to do this? 3.If I do this in "FSL," should I do all the processing pipeline in "FDT(please correct this if I'm wrong)?"
