However, you and other GE and Phillips users can get access to the MB pulse sequence through customer specific mechanisms on those platforms, to try to reproduce the HCP protocol as much as possible. The CMRR (part of the WU-Minn HCP consortium) does provide matlab based reconstruction code at http://www.cmrr.umn.edu/multiband/ that can be integrated with data generated on GE/Phillips systems. We recommend contacting your respective contact person at GE or Phillips to get connected with other customers who have implemented the pulse sequence and then you can contact CMRR for image reconstruction code.
