Subject: RE: [HCP-Users] HCP protocols for GE and Philips 3T scanners

Hi Olu,

HCP is not distributing multiband sequence or HCP protocol information for GE
and Philips systems because HCP consortium members have not done testing on
these systems themselves (since we don't have these scanners). However, you and
other GE and Phillips users can get access to the MB pulse sequence through
customer specific mechanisms on those platforms, to try to reproduce the HCP
protocol as much as possible.

The CMRR (part of the WU-Minn HCP consortium) does provide matlab based
reconstruction code at http://www.cmrr.umn.edu/multiband/ that can be
integrated with data generated on GE/Phillips systems. We recommend contacting
your respective contact person at GE or Phillips to get connected with other
customers who have implemented the pulse sequence and then you can contact CMRR
for image reconstruction code.

Best,
Jenn

Hello,

Are the multiband sequences and/or other HCP protocol information for other
scanners (GE and Philips) available for download?

Thanks,
