Hi Eran,

All three of these subjects were originally released in the Q1 release. We
never reuse Subject IDs, so they are the same subjects, no matter what was
included in your Connectome In a Box.

When did you receive the data? Are you comparing between two different
Connectome in a Box orders? Depending on when you ordered the data and if Q1
and Q2 were ordered and received separately, the processing versions may
differ between the two groups.

As a reminder to everyone, HCP did change versions of preprocessing
pipelines between the Q1 release (March 2013) and Q2 release (June 2013) and
then again for the 500 Subjects Release (June 2014). You can always check on
the processing versions in the release-notes directory under the top level
directory for each subject.

Best,

Jenn

Subject: [HCP-Users] subjects with data in Q1 and Q2 ?

Dear HCP users,

I am analyzing RS datasets from Q1 and Q2 (the data was obtained through
'Connectome In A Box'), looking among other things for test-retest
reliability within subjects. I only now noticed that 3 subject codes
(199251, 585862, 896778) appear both in Q1 and Q2. Are these the same
subjects ?

Many thanks for your help!

Eran
