Hi, I tried to convert diffusion spectrum image to conductivity tensor image. In a general, DTI is easily converted to conductivity tensor image and i had. However, It's first time for me to handle DSI. I don't know what tools are good for handle DSI. When I handle DTI, I used fsl toolbox to get a eigen vector and value from DTI. However, when goggling to get these information, there is no tutorial or usage to use DSI in fsl. Is fsl possible to process DSI? or is any other recommendation for DSI processing?
